These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by JavaDog Web Design, a sole proprietorship. By working with us, you agree to them.
Services
We provide website design and development, and custom software services, as described on this site and agreed in a written proposal. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in that proposal.
Payment
Website plans are billed as agreed, monthly (with a minimum term) or as a one-time build plus hosting. eCommerce and custom software are quoted per project. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and details are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Ownership
On one-time builds, you own the finished site once paid in full. On monthly plans, the site is maintained by us for the duration of the plan. Custom software ownership is defined in the project agreement.
Warranties & liability
We take pride in our work and stand behind it, but the site and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us for the work in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
