How does the $175/mo plan work?
$0 down, then $175/mo covers everything, hosting, security, SEO, and unlimited edits and small changes. It's the simplest way to get a professional, hand-coded site without a big upfront cost.
How long until my site is live?
Most 5-page small-business sites go live in about 2–3 weeks, faster when your content is ready. eCommerce and custom software vary, so we give you a clear timeline with the quote before anything starts.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
No lock-in, cancel anytime. The $175/mo plan is a hosted, looked-after service, so the site comes down when you stop. If you'd rather own it, buy it outright for $3,600 at any point and host it wherever you like, it's yours.
Do I own my domain?
Always. Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours, we just point it at your site. You are never held hostage over it.
What counts as an "unlimited edit"?
Text, images, prices, hours, new photos, and page tweaks, anytime, as often as you like, on the monthly plan. Brand-new features or extra pages are quoted separately so you always know the cost up front.
Can I own the site instead?
Yes, $3,600 one-time and it's yours. Host it with us for $25/mo, or take it and host it yourself. Just note that edits after launch are billed by the hour; the unlimited edits and small changes are a perk of the monthly plan.
How much is an online store?
eCommerce builds start at $6,000, with payments, shipping, and inventory wired in. We scope and quote each store to what it actually needs.
Which eCommerce platform do you build on?
We build online stores on Shopify and BigCommerce. We believe these two platforms give small businesses the most flexibility and the most powerful back-end tools: reliable payments and inventory, easy day-to-day management, and room to grow, without the upkeep of a self-hosted cart.
What about custom software?
Every custom app, data, or AI project is different, so there's no menu price. We scope it with you first, then quote it plainly, no black boxes.
How do payments work?
Securely through Stripe, cards and standard payment methods, with clear invoices.
Do you work with businesses outside New York?
Absolutely. We're based in Sleepy Hollow, NY and work remotely with businesses all over the country.
